Brandon Royal is the Founder and CEO of Cy6er Consultancy LLC and the visionary behind Knowstra, an AI-driven workforce readiness and professional capability platform. He holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity Technology and multiple industry certifications, including CISSP, GSTRT, GSLC, GCTI, and CSIE. Over the last 15+ years, Brandon has supported both private and public sector operations, with a background spanning cybersecurity operations, automation, analytics, and workforce development. He specializes in bridging the gap between technical expertise and measurable professional growth, and leads Cy6er's strategic direction, security architecture, innovation initiatives, and ecosystem development.
Dachelle Royal, MBA, PMP
Dachelle Royal is the Chief Operating Officer of Cy6er Consultancy LLC, bringing more than 15 years of enterprise project management and operational leadership experience. She holds a B.S. in Architecture & Environmental Design, an M.S. in Project Management, and an MBA, while maintaining active PMP certification credentials. Dachelle oversees operations, customer engagement, organizational strategy, and project governance to help scale Cy6er's long-term vision.
David Johnson, M.S.
David Johnson leads Cy6er's AI, data science, and visualization initiatives as Chief Data, AI & Visualization Officer. He holds a Master's degree in Data Science from Johns Hopkins University, with expertise in machine learning, analytics, and interactive visualization. David focuses on transforming workforce and skills data into actionable insights within the Knowstra platform, and supports customer success efforts by helping shape intuitive, data-driven user experiences.
Jeffrey Guzman, M.S.
Jeffrey Guzman serves as Cy6er's Chief Automation & Infrastructure Engineer, specializing in backend engineering, automation, and scalable infrastructure development. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and brings direct experience supporting Department of Defense operations, where he has designed and delivered mission-critical backend systems, automation pipelines, and analytic workflows that inform operational decision-making. Jeffrey applies that operational tradecraft to Cy6er's ecosystem, engineering resilient services, AI-assisted automation, and scalable deployment architectures that power the analytic workflows behind the Knowstra platform and Cy6er's broader Capability Intelligence work.
